外伤性后颅窝血肿是临床常见病之一.作者收治12例,根据受伤机制、临床症状及CT扫描,10例行早期手术治疗,2例因血肿较小,给予保守治疗,均得到良好效果.

Traumatic posterior fossa hematoma is one of the common diseases in clinic. The author treated 12 cases of traumatic posterior fossa hematoma. According to the traumatic mechanism, clinical symptoms and CT scanning findings .102 of these patients had early operation, 2 patients with relatively small hematoma received the conservative treatment. The effects of both operative and conservative treatment were usually favourable.
