摘要
本文从人群调查研究、动物实验、电解质摄入量对血压产生影响的可能三方面机制,阐述饮食中电解质与高血压的关系,根据资料对饮食中Na^+、K^+ Ca^(2+)Mg^(2+)Cl^-摄入量及Na^+/K^+比值对血压的作用作简单综述.
According to the survey of population, animal experiments and the effect of intake of electrolyte on blood pressure, the authors elaborate the relationship between the electrolyte in diet and hypertension and simply review the effects of intake of Na+ ,K+ ,Ca2+ Mg2+ and Cl- and Na+/K+ ratio on blood pressure.
