This paper is intended to put forward the standards for the construction of a major subject, inorganic Chemistry, the aims of it is not only to bring the subject to be carried out on purpose, plan and steps for the check and improvement of teaching, but also make the subject take its advantage and promote the development of other subject. Inorganic Chemistry, based on the standards, will certainly promote the reform of teaching, the construction of subject,the teaching qualitg and the administration of the Chemistry department in teachers colleges. It will also bring vitality the Chemistry department and promote its education to a new level.
