摘要
本文应用相关技术原理,提出一种圆度测量中偏心误差的分离与修正方法.使用该方法可由一次测得的一组原始误差数据中分离出工件的安装偏心,径向跳动误差和圆度误差,而且避免了常规圆度测量中反复精密的调心.
Applying the principle of correlation techology ,the author puts forward a method to separate and correct eccentric error in roundness measuring. The method can not only separate eccentric error in fixing workpiece, radial pulsation error and roundness error from a group of data of original error,but also avoid that the precise adjustment is done a-gain and again in regular roundness measuring.
