摘要
在高中男生的短跑教学中,运用快速连续的单足跳练习来增强学生下肢的爆发力.在教学中,将76名男生分成实验组和对照组.实验组以快速连续的30m单足跳为主要练习手段.对照组不采用快速连续的单足跳练习,完全以大纲教材的内容进行练习.教学后,分别测试他们的快速连续的30m单足跳成绩和100m快速跑成绩,然后进行统计学处理.从而发现实验组的教学效果明显优于对照组.认为:快速连续的单足跳练习是发展学生下肢爆发力,提高快速奔跑能力的一种简单易行,效果良好的教学手段.
In the experiment, 76 boystudents from senior middle school were divided into test group and control group. The former used continual quick 30-metre-hopping'as a teaching method, together with some teaching program requirements; the latter is trained according to the syllabus with no hopping exercises. After training classes, results of 30-metre-hopping and 100-metre-fast-running were tested. Treated by statistics, it turns out that test group.achieves better results than control group. Therefore, continual quiCk hopping exercises is obviously an effective teaching method to develop students' explosive force of lower limbs and to develop the ability of fast-running.
