摘要
用液晶制作激光稳功率器,控制电路采用了PID调节器.它能有效地抑制激光器输出光功率的低频大幅度波动,使其减弱至±0.15%/h内.且有体积小,成本低,使用方便的特点.可用于计量,测试和仪器定标等场合.
A laser power stabilizator is made of liquid crystal cell and its control circuit adopts a PID regulator. It is effective for controlling low frequency fluctuation in output power of lasers. The power stabilization is up to±0. 15%/h. This stabilizator is notable for its small volume, low price and easy operation. It can be applied to many fields such as measuring, testing and instrument calibrating, etc.
