本文介绍一种激光束斑半宽度测量的新方法，其依据是推广的朗奇法，并详尽讨论该测量系统组成．该测量系统可通过计算机控制，与传统测量方法相比，具有简便易行、测量精确、通用性强的特点．这种测量方法已成功地应用于氦氖激光束斑测量．

In this paper,a new method of Laser Beam with Measurement (LBM ), based on the extended Ronchi-rulins technique, is presented. Also,an implementation of the measurement system controlled by a PC-computer is shown in detail. Compared with the traditional LBM, the method has merits of eastness, accuracy, quickness and practicality and has been successfully applied to the beamwidth measurement of He-Ne LASER.
