摘要
从人参果渣中提取的水溶性粗多糖是由阿拉伯糖、鼠李糖、木糖,半乳糖醛酸,半乳糖,葡萄糖组成。经酸性乙醇分级,得四个级份。F2级份经纯化后,得一杂多糖F,经纯度鉴定为均一杂多糖。分子量约为190万。F经Smith降解分析,F含β-(1→3)-D聚半乳糖,β-消除反应证明,F含O-糖苷键。
The water Soluble Crude polysaccharide has been isolated from ginseng fruit residue and identified by G. C and P. C AnalysB. It contains Ara, Rha, xyl, GalA,Gal, Glc.The Crude polysaccharide was repeatedly fractionated with eth and acidified (pH=2. 5) andthe fractcons F1, F2,F3,F4 were obtained.F2 was purificated and F was abtained. G. C Shows F contains Ara, Rha, Xyl, GalA, Gal,Glc in the molar ratio of 5. 93: 4. 3: 0. 27: 0. 73: 17. 36: 1. Its average mol. Wt. 1, 900,000.The purity of F was established by ultracentrifugation Column Chromatography with Sepharose4B, 2B. Cellulose acetate film electrophoresis and polyacrylamide, gel electrophoresis. F has beenidentified as a polysaccharide with β- (1→3)-galactoes linkeges as its main chain. β-eliminationshowed F contains O-glucosidic bond.
