Nitrous oxide （N<sub>2</sub>O） is one of important trace gases in the atmosphere. It acts not only as a greenhouse gas which affects climate change, but also as a source of NO which causes the depletion of ozone layer. Therefore, study on the sources of N<sub>2</sub>O and the mixing ratio of N<sub>2</sub>O in the atmosphere is an interesting research project in atmospheric science.The emission fluxes of N<sub>2</sub>O in agriculture field and forest soil, and the emission of N<sub>2</sub>O from coal burning and biomass burnig have been investigated in China.
