摘要
Sea ice of the Antarctic and Arctic are two huge heat sinks of global atmosphere-ocean thermal machine, and give a significant effect on global atmospheric circulation and climate. Up to now, most of the studies on sea ice on the two polars and their relationship with atmospheric circulation are limited to sea ice variation of the Antarctic and the Arctic and their separate relationship with climatete.
