摘要
Trichosanthin (TCS), isolated from the root tuber of Trichosanthes Kirilowii, is atype-Ⅰ eukaryotic ribosome inactivating protein. It has the capacities of inducing mid-termabortion and inhibiting HIV replication. The primary structure, gene sequence andthree-dimensional structure of this protein have already been studied.
