平衡肠内营养制剂在外科中的应用

Balanced enteral feeding in surgical patients

12例腹部大手术后病人,年龄16～70岁,应用标准的平衡管饲膳行肠内喂养。持续7天。使用Nutrison2～3天后,剂量维持在每天蛋白质808,非蛋白热卡1680卡。应用前后营养及人体测量参数表明肠内喂养可使机体维持营养状态稳定,改善负氮平衡,对血液和肝肾功能无明显影响,消化道副反应轻。

12 abdominal postoperative patients(Age 16-70 Years) received enteral feeding for 7days. The patients were given daily 80 gm of protein and 1680 kcal of non-protein energy after 2~3' days of using Nutrison. The biochemical and anthropomorphic parameters of the patients pre and postusing Nutrison showed that enteral feeding with Nutrison could stabilize the body's nutritional statusand improve nitrogen balance. There was no side-reaction on hepatic and renal function.
