本文回顾国内外坦克战技性能指标概念的发展，提出战技性能指标应具备的五个基本特性；提出坦克战技性能指标的分类；提出坦克战技性能指标合理设置；提出战技性能指标概念发展研究的方法和途径.鉴于这方面的文献还见之不多，本文仅作抛砖引玉，希望引起领导和专家的重视和进一步研究.

This paper reviews development of domistic and external tank specification, raise five basiccharacteristics which tank specification should posses,new and past classification of tank specification,rational disposition of tank specification, study methods and waies which concept development of tankspecification would be studied. It is seeing that literatures of the kind publish few,this paper takes ascasting a brick to attact jade,we hope that leaderships and specialist pay attention to this problem andstudy it further.
