摘要
该文针对军用车辆、汽车、工程机械等领域广泛应用的向心涡轮式液力变矩器,以一元束流理论、投影于多圆柱面的等角射影原理为基础,建立了液力变矩器循环圆和叶片的计算机辅助设计的数学模型;并在SUN工作站上,利用CAD软件的二次开发语言,编制了相应的程序,实现了液力变矩器循环圆和叶片的人一机交互式图形设计,提高了设计的速度和精度。
In the paper a methematical model of CAD of torus section and blade of hydralulic torque converter with radial turbine, which widely used in the field of military Vehicles, automobles and engineering machines, is created on basis of one-dimensional flow and conformal projection. The corresponding programme that can realize man-computerinterchange graphics design of torus section and blade is developed.
