摘要
本文报道了1977年～1992年湖南省某系统赴坦桑尼亚援外归国人员379人的HIV抗体检测结果,检出HIV感染者4例,检出阳性率为1.06%。对4例HIV感染者进行了流行病学调查,均有输液史,而均无输血史,其中1人有外伤史,4人均有与异性性行为。对其配偶进行了血清学监测,HIV抗体均阴性。
This paper reported and analysed the condition of AIDS surveillance among 379 persons returned Chinese laborers from Tazania. 4 persons infected with HIV was detected, the HIV infections rate was 1.06%. Epidemiological investigation was carried on among the 4 infections persons. All of them have accepted fluid infusion, all of them have not acceped blood transfusion, only one suffered injury,and all of them have had sex with prostituts. The serum tracing survey was also carried on among the spouses of the infections persons, non of the spouses was found anti-HIV Positive.
