摘要
本文将50μL 全血滴于滤纸上,XRFA 直接测定人体全血中 Na,Mg,P,S,Cl,K,Ca,Fe,Zn 九种元素。该法具有操作简便,不处理试样,成本低,速度快,准确,精确等优点,可以满足临床检验对大批试样作例行分析的需要。
After 50μL blood was deposited on a fiiter paper,nine eiements sueh as Na.Mg,P, S,Cl,K,Ca,Fe and Zn were determined by XRF.The method is rapid,economical,accurate and pricise.It could meet the needs for routine analysis of a large number of sample in medical field.
