石墨炉原子吸收法测定食品中微量Ni元素

Detecting Trace Element Ni in Food Using Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Method

摘要 作者采取丁二酮肟-三氯甲烷-盐酸络合体系萃取食品,经湿法消化后,再用石墨炉法测定Ni吸光度,求出食品中Ni的含量。本法可排除食品中共存元素对Ni测定的干扰,较可见光分光光度计法灵敏度高,检测限低,重现性好(CV=1.95%),回收率达86~99%,适用性广、准确、快速。 After the food was digested by wet—way,using dimethylglyoxime,trichoromethane HCL complex extracted Ni from digestion, than detected absorbance of Ni with graphite furnace atomic absorption method, counted Ni content. This method could get rid of detecting interference of concurrent element Ni from food. Sensitivity of the method was higher than using visible spectro—photometry method, detecting limit was lower, has better reappear (CV = 2.95% ), the rate of recovery was 86%—99%. This method was practical, ac curaty and rapid.
