Simpli RED HIV-1 antibody test was used to detect 17,378 samples from people of entering coutry. 10 samples were positive. Using Western Blot as the cofirmatory test, 8/10 was positive. The advantages of this test was very sensitive, quick and easy. 20 ul whole blood could be used as sample and got the results in two minutes.
