摘要
本讲讲述水资源工程经济分析的基础知识；资金的时间价值、基本折算公式以及水资源工程经济分析的准则、内容和方法。最后对水利部１９９４４年批准和发布的《水利建设项目经济评价规范》作了简要介绍。
The elementary knowledges of economic analysis for water resoUrces engineering,including the time value of money, basic conversion formulae arid the criterion,cohtentsand method of economic analysis are given in this lecture. (Standards .for Economic Evaluation of Water Conservancy projects) approved and issued by the Ministry of WaterConservancy last year is also introduced briefly in the last part of this lecture.
