摘要
根据对引嫩红旗泡水库坝下强电和通讯线路桩基冻害发生及演变过程的观测，参照国内外有关资料，对冻害线路桩基础进行了防冻害处理试验，证明效果良好。
On the basis of observation of frost damages of the high-voltage electricity transmission hue and the communication line under the dam of Hongqipao reservoir of Nenjiang river diversion engineering project,and with the referrence of related informationfrom home and abroad,the experiment of frost-proofing treatment for the piles has beencarried out,and the treatment has been proved effectively.
