模糊聚类分析在移民安置区选择中的应用

移民安置区选择是移民安置规划的关键环节之一．本文提出应用模糊聚类分析的方法初步选择移民安置区．此法采用定性分析与定量分析相结合，减少了盲目性，增强了科学性．本文结合广西长洲库区移民安置规划，给出了安置区选择综合评价指标体系、评价方法与步骤，并通过算例说明方法的可行性．

The selection of settlement is a key link in the plan of reservior migrant.In this paper,Frssy analysis is applied to the preliminary selection of settlement. This method,combine qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis and can be used to avoid blindnessin decision. Based on the migrant settlement. plan of Guangxi Changzhou Reservoir, acomprehensive appraisal index system for the settlement is given,and the precedures andfeasibility of this method are shown.
