Analysis of Velocity Coefficient in Ice Period

本文论证了冰期岸边流速系数α＝０．７是合理的。根据有冰盖情况下垂线流速分市公式，证明了半深流速系数和冰底糙率与河床糙率比有关，并给出半深系数的近似值，可供无资料情况下使用。

In this paper,the reasonable value of velocity coefficient(α=0.7)near stream bankin ice period is given. On the basis of vertical velocity distribution with ice cover,it hasbeen proved that the semi-depth velocity coefficient is related to bed roughness and bottom ice roughness,and its approximant is given for practical use.
