病毒性心肌炎的高频心电图分析

AN ANALYSIS ON HIGH FREQUENCY ECG IN VIRAL MYOCARDITIS

文对３２例病毒性心肌炎患者和２５例正常人做了高频心电图（ＨＦ－ＥＣＧ）检查，结果发现：病毒性心肌炎患者高频成份明显增加，其敏感性达９０．６３％，具有特异诊断价值的指标为系列高频成份节段（ＳＨＦＣＳ），其特异性为８４％。

To study the value of high frequency ECG (HF-ECG) in diagnosis of viral myocarditis, 32 cases of patients with viral myocarditis and 25 cases of normal subjects have been examined by the HF-ECG. The results showed that the number of high frequency components in group of viral myocarditis were significantly higher than that in group of normal subjects and the sum of serial high frequncy components(SHFCS) on the QRS complex was also higher. The notches in terminal portion of QRS complex of patients with VM were significantly much more common than in healthy subjects.These results suggest that HF-ECG is sensitive and valuable in diagnosis of viral myocarditis.
