高频心电图肢体导联电极安放部位研究

A STUDY OF LOCATION OF LIMB LEADS ELECTRODES ON HIGH FREQUENCY ELECTROCARDIOGRAM

为在记录肢休导联（ＬＬ）高频心电图（ＨＦ一ＥＣＧ）时有效排除肌电干扰，用６组不同部位组合对４０例健康人、３０例冠心病患者进行了ＨＦ一ＥＣＧ检测。计量各组合ＨＦ一ＥＣＧ基线上０．５秒内的肌电干扰值，与标准部位的对照，发现将上肢电极从腕部移至腋前线内侧锁骨下，下肢电极从踝部移至腋前线内侧腹股沟上，记录ＨＦ一ＥＣＧ肌电干扰值最小，而且除电位稍增高外，ＥＣＧ和ＨＦ一ＥＣＧ基本形态不变。

IN order to eliminate the muscular tremors andJectrical interferencefrom recording high frequency electrocardiogram(HF一ECG ) of the limb leads(LL),themuIti一locations of leads were used to recording ECG and HF一ECG in 40 cases of controlsand 30 cases of coronary heart disease, It was showed that the muscular tremors and electri-cal interference can be minmized when the LL Iocated separately at the infraclavicular pointsand supracrural一ligamental point。both by the anteroaxillary line,and the essensial forma-tion of the ECG and HF一ECG signals can’t be changed except theQRS potentials becom-ing higher。
