摘要
在小鼠腹腔中注射垂体后叶素20min后造成心肌缺血,心肌纤维的线粒体基质电子密度明显降低,闰盘双膜间隙变宽,局部出现囊状膨大。高频心电图QRS波群低频相对能量增加,而高频相对能量减少。心肌超微结构在注射垂体后叶素后又注射硝酸甘油20min后得到一定程度的恢复。
Pituitrin is injected into the abdomuial cavity of mice. After 20 min-utes ,it is found to reduce obviously the electron dencity of mitochondria matrix of my-ocardium fiber . to widen the gap of bimembrane of intercalated dise, to produce sacciformswelling locally, to increace the low frequency relative power of the QRS coniplex ofhigh frenquency electrocardiograni ,to decreace the high frequency relative power.
