摘要
ＴＭＳ（ＴｒａｄｅＭａｒｋＳｙｓｔｅｍ）是我们开发成功的一种商标图文管理系统，本文讨论指出商标图形信息管理的两个基本问题，讨论ＴＭＳ中图形库的设计方法和实现技术。
The paper presents two basic problems which existed in the design of TMS(Trade Mark System), at first. And the introduces technology of design and implementationof graphics bases for TMS.
