摘要
月季切花是一种经济性观赏花,它以其特有的花姿赢得了人们的喜爱.但是由于月季花的花期所限,加之它的采收期受气候因素的制约亦较大,这样就严重影响到月季花的商品价值,阻碍月季花业的发展.本研究以延长月季切花售前的贮运及货架存放保鲜为目的,采用几种不同的保鲜剂进行瓶插吸液和花枝喷复两种方式处理,着重探讨了保鲜效果与鲜重、花瓣PH值及花青众的变化情况.
n this paper,two treatments with several chemicals are introduced and studied inorder to prolong cut roses in store and keep them fresh in transportation. One is to dip thestem of the flower in chemicals for 24 hours,the other is to sparge the whole nower withchemicals. This paper lays special emphasis on the preservation effect and the changes of thefresh weight,pH number and anthocyanin content of petals.
