随着汽车工业的发展，球头销的品种和数量不断地增多，质量要求也越来越高。作者针对某厂现有的生产实际，提出了改变材质；利用热精模锻生产等余量的毛坯；采用数控车削、中频淬火及成形磨削的新工艺．

With the development of automobile indrustry,the variety and quantity of global head dowel are continuously enlarging;the demands for quality are also higher and higher.According to the productive practice in certain factory,the author suggests some new productive technology of global head dowel,such as changing materials,using hot-precise model forging to produce equal-overmeasure worklank,using NC turning,intermediate frequency queching and shape grinding.
