摘要
在讨论变压器故障原因、种类以及检测与判断流程后,总结国内外变压器生产和运行部门专家经验,设计了变压器故障诊断专家系统TFDES,TFDES运用模糊逻辑较好地处理了故障诊断中的模糊性问题;使用不确定理论、主观Bayes等不精确推理方法进行推理。在使用IEC三比值法、罗杰斯比值法的基础上,综合考虑特征气体含量、产气速率等多种因素之后得出诊断结论。对故障实例的测试结果表明,该专家系统能够有效地诊断运行中变压器的内部潜伏性故障。
After discussing the causes, types and detecting procedure of power transformer faults, this paper summarized the experts' experience with transformer manufacture and operation in China and abroad, based on which a transformer fault diagnosis expert system (TFDES) was designed. In TFDES the fuzzy logic is used to process the ambiguity in fault diagnosis, and several inaccurate reasoning methods such as uncertainty theory and Bayes method are used in reasoning. Diagnosis conclusion is deduced based on IEC method and LOJIES method after taking into consideration about the content of characteristic gases,the rate of gas produced and many other elements. The testing result shows that the TFDES can effectively diagnose the internal incipient faults in an operating transformer.
