AN EXPERT SYSTEM FOR THE POWER DISTRIBUTION/UTILIZATION NETWORK PROGRAMMING

供用电网规划涉及到大量的参数与变量，决策过程中的多重目标以及庞大的搜索空间和复杂的约束条件，要选择最优规划方案非常困难。针对这一问题开发一种智能软件──供用电网规划专家系统，为从事电网规划设计工程技术人员提供决策支持。

In the power distribution/utilization network programming, a great amount of parameters and variables should be dealt with , while in the decision making process, the multiobjective functions, enormous searching space and complicated constraints make the problem of optimition and design-alternatives-selection tremendously difficult. For simplifying the problem, an intelligent software, the expert system for such network programming is developed to provide the decision analysis support for technical persennel.
