摘要
重点介绍温度场的测试方法和结果,并将燃烧室三维数值预报结果和试验结果进行了对比分析。一次测量元件用WRR—1200铂铑30—铂铑6热电偶,测点位置利用前墙及两侧墙原有的10个看火孔,每孔测5个点,每个点连测5个数据取其均值。对比表明,数值预报结果和试验结果规律一致,符合较好。
This is the continuous presentation of the predicted date of the temperature field in the furnace of SG—420t/h boiler. The method and results of testing are emphasazed, and a comparison—analysis of the predicted and tested date in three—dimensional values of the furnace are also revealed. For the primary measuring element, the WRR—1200 Pt Rh—30—PtRh—60 thermcouple is adapted. For the measuring point, the existing peep holes arranged on the both sides of the furnace wall are used. Five points for each hole, and 5 successive readings are averaged. The comparison shows the predicted vatues coinside with the tested ones in variation, the results are satisfactory.
