从微循环和流变学变化探讨益母草对冠心病的疗效机理

ACCORDING THE CHANGES FROM HEMORHEOLOGY TO MICROCIRCULATION TO DISCUSSING THE CU RATIVE EFFECT OF CORONARY ATHEROSCHEROTICE HEART DISEASE TREATED WITH HEORUNUS HETEROPHYLLUS

本文观察益母草注射液治疗５２例冠心病的心电图疗效及血脂、血液流变学、微循环变化，结果心电图有效率明显优于低分子右旋糖酐对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。治疗前后比较血脂、血液流变学、微循环定量指标均有明显改善，经统计学处理有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１或Ｐ＜０．０５）。说明益母草注射液具有降低血粘度，降低红细胞聚集性，增加红细胞变形能力，降低血浆纤维蛋白原，降低血小板粘附性，降血脂及改善微循环作用。着重探讨益母革治疗冠心病疗效机理。

Curative effect of and the ECG and the changes of Lipemia. Hemorheology and micro-circulation on 52 cases of coronary atheroscherotice heart disease treated with heorunus heterophyllus was observe. The result showed the efficiency of ECG is obviously better than the comparison of dextran -40(P＜0. 01＝. All the ration index of lipemia, microcirculation have signiticantly improvement before and after treatment. There is difference according to statistics. That is to say, heorunus heterophyllus can reduce blood viscosity, erythrocyte aggergation. It can increase deformability of red blood cell. It can reduce fibrinogen. adhesive rate of platelets lipemia and also can improve the hemorheology. The stress is on discussing the curative effect of CAD treated with heorunus heterophyllus.
