摘要
本文对３６例恶性脑肿瘤、２５例良性脑肿瘤和９０例正常人进行了血液流变学指标的检测，对照研究发现：恶性脑肿瘤的高低切变率全血粘度和还原粘度、血浆粘度、血沉、Ｋ值、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数、纤维蛋白原及红细胞电泳时间等显著增高（Ｐ＜０．０５、ｐ＜０．０１）．良性脑肿瘤的各项指标与正常对照组比较均无明显改变（Ｐ＞０．０５），而良性和恶性脑肿瘤之间存在着血液流变学指标的不同变化，揭示良恶性脑肿瘤具有不同的血液流变性特点．
Hemorheological parameters were determined and analyzed in 36 cases of malignent brain tumors,25 cases of benign brain tumors and 90 controls of normal individuals. The results showed that high or low share rate blood viscosity and reduced viscisity.plasma viscosity,ESR with K value,erythrocyte aggregation index,erythrocyte rigidity index, fibrinogen concentration and erythrocyte eletrophoretic time were significantly incresed(P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01)in maligenent brain tumors,while there were no significant changes in the benigns. These changes indicated that both malignent and benign brain tumors are of different hemorheological characters.
