摘要
对47例肺结核患者自体血液用BGXY-1型光量子血液治疗仪进行体外紫外线照射、充氧后再输入治疗。隔日一次,最多者12次(平均7次).发现治疗后全血低切粘度、全血低切还原粘度、丘浆比粘度、血浆纤维蛋白原含量、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞电泳率等和血氧分压、血氧饱和度有显著性改变.这些变化可能与红细胞聚集性降低、纤维蛋白原溶解度提高及血氧饱和度增加有关。
Dingkong Xu ,Dongbin Wang (Nanning 4th Hospital ,Guangxi,530023) Absract: 47 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were underwent by auto -blood (150ml) retransfusion. Before retransfusion the blood was ultraviolet -radiated and oxygen -charged with BGXY -I Quantum Blood Therapeutic Instrument. The performance was employed once in two day's time and the most was 12 times (mean7 times). Patients' blood viscosity (in low shear),plasma viscosity,whole blood reductive viscosity (in low shear),RBC aggregation index ,fibrinogen,electrophoretic rate and partial pressure of oxygen,oxygen saturation were changed obviusly (P< 0.05 to P< 0.001) after treatment. Causes of these changes may be the decreasing of red cells aggregation, ascending of fibrinogen solubility and increasing of oxygenated hemoglobin satuation.
