藻酸双酯钠和心脑舒通治疗高粘高脂血症疗效观察

THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS OF PSS AND XINNAOSHUTONG ON HYPERVISCOSITY AND HYPERLIPEMIA SYNDROME

１６２例高粘合并高脂血症患者随机分为两组，分别采用藻酸双酯钠和心脑舒通口服（治疗组８３例）与蝮蛇抗栓酶静滴（对照组７９例）治疗，均２８天为一疗程．治疗前后自身比较结果，两组血液流变学4项指标均显著降低（Ｐ＜０．01），血脂３项指标均为明显改善（Ｐ＜０．０５～Ｐ＜０．０１）。组间对照ｔ检验，治疗组增加高密度脂蛋白效应显著优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），且副反应小，经济、方便．

patient with hyperviscosity and hyperlipemia were divided into two groups, treated with Pss and Xinnaoshutong (for group one with 83 cases), and svate i. v. dripping (for the contrast group of 79), respectively for 28 days. Prior and post treatment comparison: 4 indexes of hemorheology decreased obviously (P < 0. 01),and 3 indexes of blood lipids improved signifcantly (P < 0. 05 － 0. 01) in both groups. The effect of the first group in high density lipoprotein increase is superior to the contrast group, with less side effect, more economic and convenient.
