消栓灵治疗脑血管疾病所致痴呆的临床观察

Trealment of senile demealia caused by cerebro-vascular Disease with Xiao-Shuan-Ling and Traditional Chinese Medicine

本文采用蛇毒酶制剂——消栓灵注射液治疗老年性脑血管疾病所致痴呆，进行了临床和血流变学等指标的观察，对比研究结果，消栓灵组有效率为８５．０％；中药组为６６．６０％，组间比较有拒著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。文章还探讨了消栓灵治疗脑血管疾病所致痴呆的机理和作用。

Senile demealia caused by cerebrovascular disease was cured with Xiao - Shuan - Ling (Snake vencem enzyme). After observing clinicdly, hemorheologically and through other indexes, It was found that the efficency of Xiao-Shuan-Ling was 85.0%, tradititonal Chinese medicine was 66.6%, and the differences between the two groups were quite significant(P<0. 01).
