摘要
应用放射免疫分析法(RIA)首次测定了5只雌性成年狸獭发情周期中外周血浆17β-雌二醇(E_2)和孕酮(P_4)的含量。结果表明,在母狸发情盛期17β-E_2达峰值62.19pg/ml,以后开始下降,并在一定范围内上下波动,到下一个发情周期的发情期就又开始上升。而P_4含量在发悄盛期最低2.48ng/ml,到18天左右峰值达6.26ng/ml,到第二个发情周期前,又迅速下降。二者的这种变化规律与该动物发情周期的表现规律相吻合。
Radioimmunoassay(RlA) was first used to determine the concentrations of plasma 17β- E2 and P4 for 5 female adult nutria at oestrous cycle. It was showed that plasma 17β- E2 began to drop when its peak value was 62. 19 pg/ml at peak oestrous of nutria,slightly changed within a fixed range,and raised when the next oestruos came. The lowest value of P4 concentration was 2.48 ng/ml at peak oestrous,the highest value was 6. 20ng/ml at the 18th day of oestrous cycle and it rapiedly dropped before the next oestrous cycle came. The changing laws of plasma 17β-E2 and P4 concentrations are consistent with the law of oestrous cyclefor the animals.
