脑梗塞患者红细胞和白细胞变形性观察

OBSERVATION OF THE RED CELL AND WRITE CELL DEFORMABIL-ITY IN 160 PATIENTS WITH CEREBRAL INFARCTION

观察脑梗塞患者１６０例红细胞变形能力（ＲＣＤ）及白细胞变形能力（ＷＣＤ）明显低于对照组１００名（Ｐ＜０．０１），病情越重，降低越明显（Ｐ＜０．０１）。患者ＲＣＤ降低的机理与红细胞内粘度增高、膜过氧化性损害及钙超载有关；ＷＣＤ降低与白细胞的活化有关。认为ＲＣＤ及ＷＣＤ的检测对了解患者的病情及估计预后有重要意义；在常规治疗患者的同时，注重ＲＣＤ及 ＷＣＤ的改善，有助于本病患者的康复。

Red cell deformability (RCD) and White ce11 deformability (WCD) were observed in 160 patients with cerbral infarction. We foud that both were lower than normals (P < 0. 01). The more sever the condition, the lower the va1ues. The machanism of lowered RCD lead a relation to increased viscosity、Ca2+ and peroxidation demage to membrane of RBC.The lower WCD were related to WBC activation. The measurement of RCD and WCD was significant to the condition and pragnosis of the pationts. Duning the routine tratments, the approach which improved RCD and WCD would aided in patients recovery.
