本文介绍了近海结构抗震设计中存在的问题和近期的研究动向,揭出了在理论和实验两个方面深入研究,制订近海结构抗震设计规范的方向和必要性。

The current research work done and the problems existed in the antiseismic design of offshore structure are introduced in this lecture. The necessity to point out the direction of research work and to formulating an antiseismic design code for offshore structure both in theoretical and in experimental fields are discussed as well.
