海洋石油工业进入一个新的发展里程

The China Offshore Petroleum Industry is Marching toward a New Course of Development

1994年,中国海洋石油工业取得了令人鼓舞的成绩。油气勘探、开发生产、工程建设、对外合作、承包作业、企业改革等各项工作均迈上一个新台阶。原油产量是近年来增产幅度最大的一年。东海石油对外合作已开始进行物探与钻井。从对外合作开始至去年底,我国海洋石油总公司与外国石油公司已签订了100个石油合同与协议,直接利用外资约44亿美元,显示了海洋石油工业十多年采对外合作取得的丰硕成果,并将在更高的起点上进入一个新的发展里程。

The China Offshore oil industry has got a heartening achievement in the year of 1994. All works, including oil and gas exploration, development &. production, engineering construction, cooperation with foreign companies, contracting and aperation, renovation of enterprises, etc. have stepped to a new stage. The increase of crude oil productivity is the largest one during recent years. In East China Sea, physical exploration and drilling work have been started jointly and cooperatively with foreign oil companies. During last decades, CNOOC has signed about 100 contracts and agreements with foreign organizations concerned. The amount of foreign capital directly used is about 4. 4×10 us dollars. These show that China offshore oil industry has got fruitful achievement for all works in past years and will march continuously toward a new course of development from a higher point in the years to come.
