化瘀逐水丸治疗肝硬化腹水的临床研究

Clinical Therapeutic study of Traditional Chinese Herbs Hauyuzhushuiwan in Ascites due to Cirrhosis

本文应用作者自己研制的化瘀逐水丸，治疗肝硬化腹水１２例，显效率２５％，总有效率７５％，对主要症状和体征，如腹水、腹胀、食欲不振、黄疸、蜘蛛痣、乳房发育等的消除率均达７０％以上；对肝功能的主要指标的改善率均达６０％以上，部分患者能完全恢复日常工作和一般体力劳动，认为化瘀逐水丸对失代偿期肝硬化有较好的疗效。

l2 cases of ascites due to cirrhosis were treated with Hauyuzhushuiwan which was made by the reporter himself.Obvious effective rate was 25%and total effective rate was 75%.The symptoms and signs such as ascites, abdominal distension,anorexia,jaundice, vascular spider and breast abnormity were improved in 70%of cases. Liver function was improved in 60%of cases.Some cases can do ordinary physical work as normal.It is suggested that this herbs are effective in ascites due to cirrhosis in decompensation period.
