玻璃体切割联合术治疗眼球穿通伤

Treatment for Ocular Penetrating Injury by Combined Vitreous Body Cutting Operations

眼球穿通伤多伴其它复合性眼外伤，常导致视力丧失，采用玻璃体切割术联合其它手术，可使患者视力得以恢复。我科于１９９１年１月～１９９５年４月进行玻切并联合术５４例，术后有４６例患者视力恢复到０．０５以上，脱盲率８５．１９％，其中视力≥０．３以上者３６例，脱残率达６６．６７％。术中术后并发症７例，并发症发生率１２．９６％。并对该联合手术作了讨论。

Ocular penetrating injury usually combines with other compound eye injury and often leads to anopia,treatment by vitreous body cutting combined with other operations may cause recover of vision. These operations were performed for 54 cases in our department from January 1991 to April 1995, the vision of 46 cases recovered to more than 0.05 after operation,the deablepsy rate was 85.19%;vision of 36 cases among them recovered to≥0.3,the demaimed rate was 66. 67%. Postoperative complications occured in 7 cases, the incidence rate was 12. 96%.These compound operations are discussed.
