87例巩膜加压环扎术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离

Rhegmatogenous Retinal Detachment Treated With Circling Tying and Pressurizing of Sclera(Report or 87 Cases)

本文报告了８７例（８７眼）巩膜加压环扎术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离，经３～６个月随访，其中治愈率为８２．８％，并对环扎的作用、适应症、并发症及术中应注意的问题等进行了简要的讨论。

In this article the authors analyzed 87 patients( 87 eyes) of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment treated with circling tying and pressurizing of sclera.They were followed up for 3 to 6 months,the results showed that the rate of success was 82.8%. The action,indication,complications of ring tying and the attentive problems in operation, etc,are briefly discussed.
