甲苯光氯化法生产氯化苄的过程中，反应器的型式、工艺条件等直接影响到氯化苄的收率。本文根据氯化反应机理，分析了氯化反应的影响因素，从而提出了氯化苄生产的适宜反应器型式和工艺条件。

In the production process of benzyl chloride by photochlorination of toluene, the type ofreactor and the technological conditions are serious influence on the yield of benzyl chloride.Based on the chlorination mechanism, in this paper, the influence factors of the chlorinationare discussed and the suitable type of reactor and technological condition are offered.
