B型超声检查在结核性腹膜炎诊断中的应用(附45例报告)

Application of B-Mode Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Tuberculous Peritonitis: Report of 45cases

本文报告1993年10月～1994年10月期间．我院45例门诊病人进行B型超产检查，提示为结核性腹膜炎的44例，未提示的1例，经病理、细菌学检查及抗痨治疗证实，超声诊断率84．4％（38／45）。提出结核性腹膜炎B超声像图特点；及对该病诊断，尤其是早期、轻型病例的诊断意义。

A Total of 45 cases out of patients in our hospital with tuberculous peritoitis were reportedform Oct 1993 to Oct 1994. 44 of 45 cases were diagnosticated by B-ultrasound' One of 45 cases couldn'tmade. All patients were confirmed by pathologic and bacterioiogicai diagnosis and antituberculotictherapy.The diagnostic rate of nitrasound was 84. 4% (38/45). The result sugested characteristic of tuberculousperitenitis in ultrasonagraphylly and its clinical signifigance especially for early stage and mild cases.
