本文报告5例经手术、病理证实的胃平滑肌肿瘤，女3例，男2例。40岁以上4例。根据本病的临床与X线表现，着重讨论其与胃镜、手术、病理的对照分析。对平滑肌瘤与平滑肌肉瘤的鉴别诊断也提请注意。

This paper report 5 cases tomour of the smooth muscle of stomach,Confirmed by operation and pathology. Women 3 cases and man 2 cases, 4 cases fourty over age. The article were according clinical and x-ray manifestations discussed diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
