全颜面喷雾冷冻治疗面部色素性皮肤病

TREATMENT OF FACIAL PIGMENT DISEASES WITH FULL FACE CRYO SURGICAL SPRAY

本文报告采用全颜面喷雾冷冻的方法治疗面部色素性皮肤病15例的方法与疗效,对该方法的适应证、优缺点作了讨论。

Full face Nitrogen cryo spray treatment were used in a group of patients with facial pigment diseases including Freckles,Actanic Keratoses,Skin Ageing,Xeroderma Pigmentosum with Basal cell cancers etc.Every patient had multiple and wide spread skin lesions,so spot freezing was difficult.In this group,the wound of full face cryo peeling healed within 2 or 3 weeks.After 3 to 6 months,all the patients had gratifying end results.The pigment blemishes and some other skin problems such as wrinkles and senile plaques disappeared.The facial skin is smooth and evenly coloured.
