目前,肉鸡的饲养发展较快,对肉鸡新城疫免疫程序和效果的研究显得十分重要.虽然有资料对肉鸡新城疫免疫程序作了一些报告,但仍存在一些不足之处.通过本次实验,总结了以前在肉鸡新城疫免疫程序上的不足,制定了新的免疫程序,其效果较好.许多免疫程序上的麻烦通过联合使用的方法,一次可以保护整个饲养期.

Research on vaccination programmes against Newcastle disease in broilers seems to be imperative due to the fact that the broiler industry saw rapid development over the past years. Although there are already some reports on broiler ND vaccination programmes. much room still exists for further improvements. New vaccination programmes were formulated by updating the previous ones in this experiment. Good results were obtained, and problems existing in many other vaccination programmes were avoided when the IV vaccine was used in combination with the oil vaccine. It was shown that the combined use of vaccines can provide protection over the whole feeding period at one time.
