摘要
把毛发用6M的HCl水解2h后,用0.4%的胃蛋白酶水解4h、8h、16h,用凯氏微量定氮法测定水解毛发中粗蛋白的含量以及水解滤液中氨基氮的含量,结果显示毛发经过6M的盐酸水解2h后完全可以用作动物饲料蛋白的来源.
The hair was hydrolyzed in 0.4% pepsin for 4h, 8h or 16h after two hours of hydrolysis in 6M HC1. The Kjeldahl's method of micro-nitrogen fixation was used to determine the content of crude protein in hydrolyzed hair and that of aminonitrogen in hydrolytic filtrate. It was shown that hair can be used as animal feed protein source after two hours of hydrolysis in 6M HC1.
