A NEW METHOD FOR THREE-DIMENSIONAL CEPHALOMETRY

人体测量是研究人体美容学及生理现象的重要手段之一。人体外形尺寸,特别是颌面部各种器官的相对尺寸比例和位置排列,影响人的美观至关重大,因此在人体美容学中,如何准确测量人体的空间尺寸,以作为审美判断的依据是一项新兴课题。以往对人体测量主要是用米尺、直脚规、弯脚规等人工操作,测量准确度和速度均受限制。

The contour and dimensions of the body are extremely important in esthetic appearance partieularly the relative size, proportions and position of arrangement of the orgns in maxillofacial region. Therefore, to accurately measure the space dimeasions is a new subject in the judgement of 'beauty or ugly'. To analyse naxillofacial beauty from the physiological point of view can pravide data for cosmetology and orthodontics in the decision of what is the most beautiful appearance in the gnatho-occluso-facial system whyich will meet the reguirements of esthetics. The auto-three-dimensional metrology is now a good method which possesses fast non- contact high accuracy and automatic advantages. It overcomes disadvantages of manual opercmes disadvantages of manual operation,limitations in accuracy and speed, and difficulty in measuring the hight differencs of two point to a certain plane in previous methods.
